Zorba Estates is a Bengaluru-based real estate company working with property owners, buyers, sellers, and businesses. We assist with property discovery, site visits, property marketing, and other real estate requirements.

Job Role

We are looking for a Field Operations Associate to support our team with day-to-day property-related field activities. The role mainly involves visiting properties, taking photos and videos, collecting basic property information, coordinating with property owners, and sharing updates with the team.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit residential and commercial properties across Bengaluru.
- Coordinate with property owners and contacts for property visits.
- Take transparent photos and videos of properties.
- Capture interiors, exterior, rooms, parking, entrance, and surroundings.
- Collect basic property details during field visits.
- Share photos, videos, location, and property information with the team.




- Provide regular updates on completed field activities.
- Support the team with property-related field coordination.
- Travel to different locations across Bengaluru as required.

Requirements

- 10th Pass or above.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Comfortable using a smartphone and WhatsApp.
- Basic knowledge of taking photos and videos.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel and work in the field.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Travel & Conveyance

Regular travel within Bengaluru will be required for property visits. Travel/conveyance support will be provided as per company policy.
