The responsibilities of a Technical Support Engineer include resolving net

work and hardware issues, configuring operating systems using remote

desktop connections, and providing immediate support.

· Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues

to the appropriate internal teams and client POC.

· Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to

resolve system issues.

· Installation and rectification of hardware products/Items and software.

· Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and

network configuration.

· Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers and internal Team

members on daily basis.

· Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time

· Prepare accurate and timely reports

· Maintain pleasant client relationships

Requirements and skills

· Diploma in Electronics and Telecommunication, Computer Networking or

relevant field with 1-3 Years of work experience in similar roles. Or





bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunication, Computer Science

or relevant field.

· Hands-on experience with computer networking terminology and

operating system environments.

· Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.

· Familiarity with remote desktop applications to support remotely.

· Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.

· Ability to travel to project sites and work in various locations.

· Proven experience in site engineering or a similar role.

· Strong knowledge of site engineering principles and practices.

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
