- Customer Handling: Greet customers, listen to accident or damage complaints, and explain repair procedures, costs, and timelines.
- Estimates & Documentation: Inspect damaged vehicles, prepare repair estimates, create job cards, and handle paperwork.
- Insurance Coordination: Process insurance claims, coordinate with insurance surveyors, and manage related documentation.
- Workshop Liaison: Coordinate repair work with tinkers, painters, and technicians to ensure smooth progress.
- Quality & Delivery: Update customers on status, inspect vehicles for quality after repairs, prepare final billing, and ensure satisfied delivery.Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering, or ITI
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant experience as a Bodyshop or Service Advisor in an authorized automobile dealership.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
