Business Development Associate (Sales) – Kolkata

Position: Sales Associate – Precious & Sacred Stones

Location: Salt Lake, Sector-5, Kolkata (Work from Office) Company: Divinelane (A vertical of House of EdTech) CTC: Up to ₹8 LPA (4 Fixed + 4 Variables )

Experience Required: 1–3 years in telesales/retail sales

Role Overview:

We are looking for articulate and trustworthy Sales Associates to guide clients through high- value gemstone and sacred product purchases. This is a consultative selling role, where you’ll engage with warm inbound leads over phone calls and help them make meaningful, informed buying decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound sales queries over the phone

⚫

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable gemstones or sacred wearables

⚫

Build trust through transparent and honest communication

⚫

Explain product value, pricing, and authenticity

⚫

Maintain accurate records in CRM and follow up with prospects

⚫

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

⚫

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and customer service

What We’re Looking For:

Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills

⚫

Prior experience in telesales, retail sales, or any phone-based selling role

⚫

Ability to handle high-value product conversations with professionalism

⚫

Comfortable working in a structured sales environment

⚫

Interest in gemstones, sacred items, or wellness-focused products is a plus

⚫

Willing to work 6 days a week (11:00 AM – 9:00 PM)

⚫

Weekly Off: Sunday
