Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to promote and sell our real estate projects, handle customer enquiries, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up on leads.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.
- Explain project details, pricing, and offers.
- Conduct property site visits and client meetings.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and build customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the sales team to close deals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain sales reports.
Requirements:
- Positive communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Experience in real estate sales is preferred.
- Target-oriented and confident personality.
- Ability to handle clients and close sales effectively.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.07 per month
