Job Description:
We are looking for a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with practical knowledge of company incorporation, MCA/ROC compliance, statutory filings, and related documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle company incorporation and post-incorporation compliance.
- Prepare and file MCA/ROC forms and statutory documents.
- Handle ADT-1 and other MCA forms.
- Manage statutory and regulatory compliance.
- Handle DSC-based e-filing and related activities.
- Maintain compliance and financial records.
- Coordinate with clients, government portals, and internal teams.
- Ensure timely completion of statutory filings.

Requirements:





- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Good knowledge of company incorporation and MCA/ROC compliance.
- Must have an active personal DSC.
- Strong knowledge of ADT-1 and other MCA forms.
- Valuable documentation and analytical skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to independently handle compliance work.
