Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for Service Engineers and Senior Technicians specializing in chiller units. The role involves performing installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of chiller units. Day-to-day responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical faults, conducting routine inspections, and ensuring systems operate safely and efficiently. The position requires accurate documentation of service activities, preparation of technical reports,



and coordination with project teams and clients to plan and execute field service work. The role also includes supporting retrofitting and upgrade projects, adhering to safety standards, and participating in emergency and 24/7 service calls as needed.

Qualifications

- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for chiller units and HVAC-R systems.
- Field service experience, including on-site work in industrial environments.
- Solid technical support capabilities, including reading technical drawings and using relevant tools and test equipment.
- Hands-on maintenance and repair skills for compressors, refrigeration circuits, controls, and related components.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with clients, team members, and reporting service findings.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Refrigeration, or HVAC engineering (or equivalent technical qualification).
- Experience with HVAC-R systems, chiller units, and safety standards is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in demanding environments, travel to ports and offshore sites, and support 24/7 service operations as required.
- Knowledge of refrigerants, retrofitting practices, and basic electrical safety; relevant certifications are an advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
