JOB PROFILE :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Performance Marketing Manager to oversee and optimize all paid marketing activities. This role is crucial in driving growth through data-driven strategies, optimizing ad campaigns, and ensuring that key performance indicators (KPIs) are met. You will be responsible for managing multi-channel digital advertising campaigns, including but not limited to Google Ads, social media advertising, display networks, and affiliate marketing, with a focus on customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Campaign Strategy & Execution:
- Develop, execute, and manage performance marketing strategies across multiple digital channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, etc.).
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to optimize ad copy and design for maximum performance.
- Work closely with the product, analytics, and sales teams to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
- Budget Management:
- Plan, allocate, and optimize campaign budgets across platforms to maximize ROI.
- Continuously monitor and report on campaign performance and make real-time adjustments to improve cost efficiency.
- Data Analysis & Optimization:
- Track, analyze, and report on key metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPA, ROI, and customer LTV.




- Perform A/B testing and multivariate testing to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize bidding strategies, audience targeting, and creative elements.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
- Work with external agencies or vendors when necessary to execute on specific campaigns.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing activities align with product launches, promotional events, and overall company objectives.
- Market Research:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and the latest tools and technologies in performance marketing.
- Conduct competitor analysis to inform and refine marketing strategies.

Key Requirements:

- Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing large-scale paid media campaigns.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, etc.
- Experience with programmatic advertising, affiliate marketing, and display networks is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong attention to detail.

Technical Proficiency:

- Knowledge of claude is must.
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and CRO principles.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation and analysis.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
