Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for developing new customers, maintaining relationships with existing customers, achieving sales targets, and increasing product sales in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit customers and outlets regularly in the assigned territory.
- Promote and sell company products to customers.
- Generate current leads and develop new customer relationships.
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Take orders from customers and ensure timely follow-up.
- Monitor market activities and competitor presence.
- Collect customer feedback and share it with the reporting manager.
- Maintain daily sales and visit reports.
- Ensure proper product availability and visibility at outlets.




- Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and delivery.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Good negotiation and convincing skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Knowledge of the local market is an advantage.
- Telugu communication is mandatory; basic Hindi is an added advantage.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹25,000 CTC per month
Benefits: PF + ESIC + TA

Candidate Profile

- 1–2 years of experience in FMCG / Sales / Field Sales preferred.
- Candidates who are target-oriented and willing to work in the field are preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
