Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Red Hat Trainer to deliver practical, industry-focused training in Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and Linux system administration.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux, system administration, networking, security, troubleshooting, and automation, along with excellent communication and mentoring skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct instructor-led training sessions on Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
- Provide hands-on training in Linux system administration and troubleshooting.
- Teach participants how to install, configure, manage, and troubleshoot RHEL systems.
- Explain Linux users and groups, permissions, processes, services, storage, networking, and system security.
- Provide practical training on SELinux, firewalld, SSH, LVM, systemd, and package management.
- Train participants on Linux system monitoring, performance management, and troubleshooting.
- Provide hands-on exercises, labs, assignments, and real-world scenarios.
- Teach automation concepts using Ansible where applicable.
- Help learners prepare for relevant Red Hat certification exams, if required.
- Evaluate participant performance through practical assessments and projects.
- Mentor trainees and help them develop real-world Linux administration skills.
- Keep training content updated with current Red Hat technologies and industry practices.

Required Skills





- Strong hands-on experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
- Good knowledge of Linux system administration.
- Strong understanding of:
- Users, groups, and permissions
- File systems and storage
- LVM
- Systemd and service management
- Package management
- Networking and troubleshooting
- SSH
- SELinux
- Firewalld
- Process and system management
- Knowledge of Ansible and Linux automation is preferred.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to beginners and experienced professionals.

Preferred Qualifications

- 2+ years of professional experience in Red Hat/Linux administration.
- Prior experience as a Red Hat Trainer, Linux Trainer, Technical Trainer, or Mentor is preferred.
- Red Hat certifications such as RHCSA, RHCE, or equivalent experience are an advantage.
- Experience working with enterprise Linux environments.
- Experience delivering hands-on lab-based training.
