Role Overview

We are looking for a Generative AI Specialist to build GenAI and LLM-driven solutions using state-of-the-art models such as OpenAI, Gemini and Claude, as well as open-source models such as Llama and Mistral.

The ideal candidate has expertise in fine-tuning and training models, and has implemented projects involving Agents, Tools and RAG solutions.

Must-Have Skills

- Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow
- VectorDB – ChromaDB, FAISS, Pinecone
- PEFT and model Quantization
- Agents, Tools and RAG solutions

Key Responsibilities

- Build GenAI / LLM-driven solutions using OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, Llama and Mistral.
- Fine-tune and train models for project requirements.
- Implement Agents, Tools and RAG-based solutions.
- Integrate LLMs with vector databases such as ChromaDB, FAISS and Pinecone.




- Apply PEFT and quantization techniques to models.
- Prepare and analyse data for model development.
- Develop deep learning models.
- Implement chatbots, knowledge search and NLP solutions.

Required Experience

- Junior: 4–6 years | Senior: 6–8 years of relevant experience.
- Hands-on experience in TensorFlow, PyTorch, Python, Hugging Face and Transformers.
- At least 1–2 live implementations of Generative AI-driven solutions.
- Extensive experience in implementing chatbots, knowledge search and NLP.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in implementing Machine Learning and Deep Learning solutions.

Positive to Have

- Hands-on expertise in data preparation, analysis and Deep Learning model development.
- Experience deploying models on AWS (optional).

Pay: Up to ₹1,800,000.00 per year
