Manager 8–12 years; Senior Manager 12–15 years; precision manufacturing preferred

JD:

- Study drawings, process sheets and CNC programmes before machining.
- Set chuck/fixture, tools, tool offsets and work coordinates.
- Load and verify CNC turning programmes.
- Perform first-off machining and coordinate inspection.
- Adjust tool offsets and approved cutting parameters to maintain dimensions.
- Monitor tool wear, burrs, surface finish and dimensional variation.
- Carry out tool changes and basic machine troubleshooting.
- Maintain component identification and traceability.
- Handle precision components carefully and prevent damage or mix-up.
- Maintain machine cleanliness,



tooling and workplace housekeeping.
- Record production and inspection information.
- CNC turning machine setting and operation.
- Tool selection, tool offsets and cutting parameters.
- Drawing/GD&T; interpretation.
- Precision turning of close-tolerance components.
- First-off and in-process inspection.
- Use of vernier, micrometer, bore gauge and related instruments.
- Tool-wear and machining-defect identification.
- 5S, safety, traceability and disciplined work practices.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
