Become part of our Talent Acquisition team and get first-hand experience on live hiring projects, covering the full recruitment process from start to finish.

What You'll Be Doing

- Find and reach out to potential candidates through LinkedIn and job portals.
- Review resumes and shortlist suitable profiles.
- Carry out first-round screening calls with candidates.
- Arrange and schedule interviews.
- Stay in touch with candidates through regular follow-ups and engagement.
- Update and manage recruitment trackers in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Publish job openings and build up candidate pipelines.
