Responsibilities:

- Provide basic technical support to employees.
- Troubleshoot computer, software, printer, and network-related issues.
- Install and configure software and systems.
- Maintain IT equipment, systems, and records.
- Manage basic user accounts and access requirements.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors when required.

Requirements:

- Graduate/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Positive communication skills.

Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
