Experience Required: 3 to 5 Years

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and monitor daily production schedules and targets.
- Handle heavy fabrication and manufacturing activities.
- Coordinate with Welding, Fitting, Machining, Polishing, Planning and Quality teams.
- Ensure timely material flow and production completion.
- Monitor NCR, rework, I-FAT/C-FAT and CAPA activities.
- Analyze downtime, production losses and implement corrective actions.
- Drive RCA, Why-Why Analysis, Kaizen and 5S.
- Ensure quality, safety and on-time production delivery.
