Job Description

We are looking for a Corporate Sales Executive to drive House of Candy’s B2B and corporate sales business.

The candidate will be responsible for selling confectionery products, corporate gifting solutions, festive hampers and bulk orders to corporate, institutional and other business clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach corporate, institutional, hotel, office and event clients
- Generate leads through cold calling, emails, meetings, references and networking
- Promote and sell House of Candy’s confectionery products and customized gifting solutions
- Handle corporate gifting, festive, event and bulk orders
- Prepare quotations and proposals, negotiate pricing and close orders
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Manage key accounts and generate repeat business
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with Operations, Warehouse and Finance teams for stock, packaging,



dispatch, invoicing and delivery
- Follow up on payments and maintain sales records in CRM/MIS

Requirements

- Graduation in any discipline
- 1–2 years of experience in B2B / Corporate Sales
- Experience in F&B;, FMCG, Confectionery or related industry preferred
- Experience handling bulk or institutional clients
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and Email
- CRM experience preferred
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings
- Existing corporate gifting or HoReCa contacts in Delhi NCR will be an advantage
