We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Backend Executive to support our Sales Team with documentation, customer coordination, sales records and day to day backend activities.

Responsibilities:

- Handle sales-related documentaion and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with Sales Executives, customers and internal departments.
- Prepare Quotations, invoices, sales reports and other required documents.
- Update and maintain customer and vehicle-related data in Excel.
- Follow up on enquiries, pending documents, payments and vehicle deliveries.
- Support the Sales Team in tracking leads and updating their status.
- Coordinate with Accounts, RTO, Finance and other depts when required.
- Prepare daily / weekly / monthly sales reports.
- Ensure timely completion of sales documentaion and delivery-related processes.
- Perform other sales administration and backend support activities as assigned.

Requirements:

- Qualification:



Any degree / diploma
- Experience : 1 - 2 years in Sales Backend, Sales Coordinaor, MIS or similar role preferred. Freshers can also apply.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good communication and Coordination skills.
- Solid attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Ability to work with multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience in the automobile Industry / dealership will be an advantage.
