Job Title: Accountant

About Us
We are a growing travel business based in Hyderabad, offering curated trip planning, solo travel experiences, and luxury travel services. As we scale, we're looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage our day-to-day financial operations and support smart business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate books of accounts, including ledgers, invoices, and receipts
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, and track vendor and client payments
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Manage GST filing, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow
- Assist with budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reporting for management
- Coordinate with external auditors and consultants as needed
- Maintain accurate records of trip-related expenses, supplier payments, and client refunds

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting,



Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in accountancy (agency, travel, or service industry experience preferred but not mandatory)
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic statutory compliance in India
- Proficiency in Tally, Excel, or similar accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently

Nice to Have

- Experience working with a small business or startup
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or Zoho Books
