Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IBM MDM developer to design, develop, implement, and support master data management solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in IBM MDM, data integration, data quality, and mastering processes, along with a solid understanding of enterprise data management principles.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain IBM MDM solutions for customer, product, supplier, and other master data domains.
- Configure and customise IBM MDM data models, business services, workflows, and matching rules.
- Develop and support MDM integrations using APIs, web services, and ETL tools.
- Perform data profiling, cleansing, matching, merging, and survivorship rule implementation.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to MDM applications and data quality.
- Create technical design documents, test cases, deployment guides, and operational documentation.
- Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and release management activities.




- Work closely with Data Governance, Data Quality, and Integration teams to ensure data consistency across enterprise systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong experience with IBM InfoSphere MDM / IBM MDM Custom Edition or Standard Edition.
- Hands-on experience with MDM data modelling, entity management, matching, and survivorship rules.
- Strong knowledge of Java/J2EE, web services, REST/SOAP, XML, and JSON.
- Proficiency in SQL and relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or DB2.
- Experience with ETL/data integration tools such as IBM DataStage, Informatica, SSIS, or Azure Data Factory.
- Good understanding of data governance, data quality, and master data management concepts.
- Familiarity with version control and DevOps tools.
- Robust analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
