Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead sales and business development activities in the construction sector. The role will focus on developing new business, managing key clients, achieving sales targets, and building long-term relationships with contractors, builders, developers, architects, consultants, and other industry stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business targets.
- Identify and generate recent business opportunities within the construction market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, developers, architects, consultants, and project owners.
- Visit construction sites and meet customers to understand project requirements.
- Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and commercial conditions.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts and reports.
- Coordinate with project, technical, operations,



procurement, and finance teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Lead and support the sales team, where applicable, and monitor individual performance.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
- Strong understanding of construction projects, contractors, developers, and procurement processes.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and develop new business.

Preferred Experience

Experience in selling construction materials, building products, equipment, infrastructure solutions, MEP products, architectural products, or related construction services will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
