About NextGen Cards

NextGen Cards is a growing business specializing in greeting cards, wedding invitations, envelopes, customised gifts, stationery and other printed products. We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to help us expand our customer base and generate sales.

Job Responsibilities:

Visit local shops, businesses, offices, schools and potential customers to generate new sales.

Promote NextGen Cards products and services to prospective customers.

Generate leads and convert them into successful orders.

Maintain regular follow-up with existing and potential customers.

Explain product details, pricing and customization options to customers.

Collect customer requirements and coordinate for order processing.

Maintain daily records of visits, leads, follow-ups and orders.

Achieve monthly sales/order targets.

Build and maintain good relationships with customers.

Represent NextGen Cards professionally in the market.

Salary & Incentives:

Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 per month





Additional performance-based incentive available.

20% incentive on eligible orders above the monthly target.

Performance and incentives will be calculated based on successfully completed orders.

Requirements:

Good communication and convincing skills.

Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp and calling.

Ability to communicate confidently with customers.

Willingness to travel locally for customer visits.

Previous sales experience is preferred but freshers with positive communication skills can also apply.

Honest, hardworking and target-oriented.
