Patient Care Coordinator (NURSE)

What if the doctor could know the patient before the consultation even begins?

At Joyzen, you’ll be the bridge between the patient and the doctor, capturing the details, history, and vitals that help make every consultation more informed.

Your Role

- Capture vitals and patient history
- Digitise reports and medical records
- Assist doctors during live consultations
- Track follow-ups, tests, and reviews
- Keep every patient’s complete picture updated on the Joyzen portal

We’re Hiring for Two Tracks

General Clinics:

- General physicians
- Family practice
- Multispeciality OPDs

Reproductive Health Clinics:

- Gynaecology
- Fertility
- IVF practices
- Prior OBG experience required

Requirements

- 1–3 years of clinical experience
- Medical or allied medical qualification such as B.Sc. Nursing, BDS, B.Pharm, D.Pharm, GNM, or ANM




- Hands-on experience assisting doctors during live consultations
- Confidence using BP apparatus, glucometer, pulse oximeter, and weighing scale
- Fluency in Hindi and English
- Based in Delhi NCR and willing to travel across NCR

Role Details

- Full-time (Onsite)
- Delhi NCR preferred | Mon–Fri, 9 AM to 6 PM
- Selected Joyzen partner clinics across Delhi NCR (Noida candidates do not apply)
- One to three clinics depending on the doctor’s consulting schedule
