The QA Test Analyst is responsible for performing quality assurance testing for online products and platforms throughout the product development lifecycle. This position is responsible for reviewing and understanding online product specifications and enhancement requests; creating manual test cases; executing test plans; communicating test results to project analysts, business owners, and external developers; submitting, tracking, and prioritizing defects and bugs with project analysts and vendors; and ensuring defects are resolved on schedule.

SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Essential:

Experience: Experience in functional and integration testing or a related field.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field,



or equivalent practical experience.

Technical Skills: Basic understanding of software testing methodologies, familiarity with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail), and knowledge of HTML and CSS.

Software Proficiency: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).

Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Analytical Skills: Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with others.

Agile: Understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
