Key Responsibilities

- Create social media posts, reels, banners, thumbnails, brochures, presentations, and marketing creatives.
- Design website banners, promotional materials, exhibition creatives, and apparel-related artwork/mockups.
- Create and edit Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, promotional videos, and short-form content.
- Handle video editing, transitions, text, music, effects, motion graphics, and basic animation.
- Perform image editing, retouching, background removal, colour correction, and photo manipulation.
- Maintain consistent brand identity across all creative content.
- Prepare digital and print-ready artwork and collaborate with Marketing, SEO, Development, and Production teams.

Required Skills

- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.
- Positive knowledge of CorelDRAW.
- Experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Knowledge of RGB, CMYK, DPI, and print-ready artwork.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, visual storytelling, and time management.





AI & Additional Skills – Advantage

Knowledge of Adobe Firefly, Photoshop AI, Illustrator AI, Canva AI, CapCut AI, or other AI creative tools is an advantage.

Experience in apparel/textile design, embroidery, custom patches, vector art, printing (DTF/DTG), Figma/Canva, motion graphics, or animation will be preferred.

Portfolio Required

Candidates must submit an updated CV along with their design portfolio and video work samples showcasing graphic design, social media creatives, branding, reels, promotional videos, image editing, and motion graphics.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Nagpur, Maharashtra (Nagpur): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

- Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

- GRAPHIC DESIGNER CUM VIDEO EDITOR: 3 years (Preferred)
