Key Responsibilities

Maintenance & Operations

· Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance for all machines and utilities.

· Ensure minimum downtime and maximum machine availability.

· Monitor and maintain CNC machines, conventional machines, compressors, electrical panels, hydraulics, and utilities.

· Maintain AMC records for equipment and service providers.

· Ensure proper installation and commissioning of current machines.

Planning & Documentation

· Prepare and maintain:

o Preventive maintenance schedules

o Breakdown reports

o Maintenance logs and checklists

o Spare parts inventory records

· Analyze breakdown trends and implement corrective actions.

· Ensure proper documentation for ISO / IATF / audit compliance.

Team Management

· Lead and supervise maintenance technicians and electricians.

· Assign daily work and ensure timely completion.

· Train team members on safety, machine handling, and maintenance best practices.

· Monitor performance and discipline of maintenance staff.





Spare Parts & Cost Control

· Plan and control spare parts inventory to avoid shortages or overstocking.

· Coordinate with purchase department for spares and services.

· Optimize maintenance cost without affecting quality or safety.

Safety & Compliance

· Ensure compliance with safety rules, statutory norms, and company policies.

· Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments.

· Ensure proper use of PPE and safe work practices.

· Support audits related to safety, quality, and maintenance.

Reporting & Coordination

· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports.

· Coordinate with:

o Production department

o Quality team

o External vendors and service engineers

· Support continuous improvement and TPM activities.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹540,000.00 - ₹720,000.00 per year
