Job Overview

FLOERO is looking for a motivated and communication-focused Telecalling Executive to join our team at Shakurpur, Delhi. The candidate will be responsible for customer support, handling customer calls, making outbound calls, following up with customers, and assisting customers with their queries.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Make telephonic calls to existing and potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests.
- Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, orders, services, and other requirements.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and follow-up targets.
- Provide timely updates to the reporting manager.

Requirements





- Minimum 6 months to 3 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, telesales, or a related role.
- Good verbal communication skills in Hindi; basic English communication is preferred.
- Confident and polite while speaking with customers.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle customer queries patiently and professionally.
- Good follow-up and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented and willing to learn.
- Freshers may be considered if they have strong communication skills.
