Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior Accountant with 0 to 6 years of experience to support day-to-day accounting and finance activities. The candidate should have positive knowledge of basic accounting principles, documentation, and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial entries.
- Handle purchase, sales, receipts, and payment entries.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Assist with bank reconciliation and account reconciliation.
- Track expenses, payments, and outstanding amounts.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Maintain proper documentation and accounting records.
- Coordinate with internal teams for bills, invoices, and payment-related queries.




- Assist in monthly closing and preparation of basic financial reports.
- Perform other accounting and finance-related tasks assigned by the management.

Requirements

- B.Com / M.Com / equivalent qualification.
- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Experience with Tally/ERP software will be an advantage.
- Good attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
