JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Handle inbound customer calls and respond to customer queries professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information and assistance.
- Maintain clear, polite, and customer-focused communication throughout the interaction.
- Follow defined customer-service standards, call-handling procedures, and escalation processes.
- Record customer interactions and complete process-related documentation accurately

CANDIDATE PROFILE

- Graduate freshers are eligible.
- Robust spoken communication in Tamil, Malayalam, or Bengali.
- Good listening ability and customer-handling skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a process-driven environment.

Pay: ₹19,000.00 per month
