Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Data Modeller for a data mart design and implements dimensional data structures to support effective reporting and analytics. They translate business requirements into conceptual, logical, and physical models, ensuring high-performance, scalable, and accurate data marts.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Modeling: Create conceptual, logical, and physical data models using dimensional modeling techniques (Kimball methodology) optimized for data mart performance.

Data Mart Development: Design, develop, and maintain data warehouse/data mart structures.

Business Alignment: Collaborate with stakeholders and business analysts to translate business requirements into technical data structures.

Data Integration & ETL: Knowledge of ETL to define data ingestion, transformation, and load pipelines.

Performance Optimization: Tune SQL queries, indexes, and database schemas for maximum efficiency.

Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of data models, lineage, and data definitions.

Data Governance: Ensure data consistency, quality, and security within the data mart.

Required Technical and Soft Skills
Modeling Techniques: Strong proficiency in relational, dimensional (star schema), and NoSQL modeling.

Technical Skills: Expert-level SQL skills and experience with ETL/data integration tools.

Platforms: Familiarity with modern data platforms (Snowflake, Azure Databricks, Redshift).
