1. Job Summary

We are looking for a Production Executive with 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing/production environment. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day production activities, ensuring production targets are achieved, maintaining quality standards, and coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth and timely production.

The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of production processes, manpower handling, production planning, quality control and shop-floor operations.

2. Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and manage day-to-day production activities on the shop floor.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per the daily/weekly/monthly production plan.
- Allocate work to operators and ensure optimum utilization of manpower.
- Monitor production processes to ensure smooth workflow and minimum downtime.
- Coordinate with the Production Manager/Head regarding production planning and
- requirements.
- Ensure availability of required raw materials, components, tools and equipment for
- production.
- Coordinate with the Stores, Purchase, Quality, Maintenance and Engineering teams to
- avoid production delays.
- Monitor production quality and ensure adherence to defined quality standards.
- Identify and report production-related issues, bottlenecks and delays.
- Ensure proper utilization of machines, manpower and materials.
- Maintain daily production records, reports and relevant documentation.
- Monitor rejection, rework, wastage and production losses and take corrective action where
- required.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and adherence to 5S practices on the shop floor.
- Ensure compliance with company safety rules and production procedures.
- Assist in implementing process improvements to increase productivity and reduce
- production costs.




- Monitor machine availability and coordinate with the Maintenance team for breakdowns
- and preventive maintenance.
- Ensure timely completion of production orders as per required schedules.
- Train and guide operators/workers on production processes and work instructions where required.

3. Required Skills & Competencies

- Good knowledge of manufacturing and production processes.
- Experience in handling shop-floor operations.
- Good manpower handling and coordination skills.
- Ability to understand production plans and achieve targets.
- Knowledge of quality control and inspection processes.
- Positive problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to identify production bottlenecks and take corrective action.
- Good knowledge of 5S, safety practices and basic productivity improvement techniques.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and production reporting.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.

4. Educational Qualification

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- ITI with relevant production experience may also be considered.

5. Experience

- 2–3 years of relevant experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
- Experience in fabrication, assembly, mechanical manufacturing or generator-set manufacturing will be an advantage.
- Reduction in machine downtime and production delays.
- Compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Proper maintenance of production records and reports.
- Implementation of process and productivity improvements.

7. Preferred Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be:

- Proactive and responsible towards production targets.
- Comfortable working in a factory/shop-floor environment.
- Capable of handling workers and coordinating with multiple departments.
- Good at identifying and resolving day-to-day production issues.
- Target-oriented with a strong focus on productivity and quality.
- Willing to work in shifts, if required.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
