Center for Eye is looking for an energetic, confident, and result-oriented Field Marketing Executive to promote our eye diagnostic services and expand our client base.
The candidate will be responsible for visiting rural areas, villages, panchayats, and nearby communities to create awareness about our services, build relationships with local people and organisations, and generate patient referrals and new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct on-field marketing and promotional activities in villages, rural areas, and nearby localities.
- Visit panchayat offices, community leaders, local organisations, and other potential referral sources to promote our eye diagnostic services.
- Build relationships with local people, community representatives, and potential clients to generate patient referrals.
- Identify new marketing opportunities and develop strategies to increase patient footfall at the centre.
- Explain the diagnostic centre’s services and facilities to prospective patients and referral partners.
- Conduct awareness campaigns and promotional activities to increase visibility and expand the centre’s reach.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with contacts and submit daily field visit and lead-generation reports.
Candidate Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively and work in rural and village areas.
- Confident in meeting new people and building professional relationships.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and enthusiastic about field marketing.
- Prior experience in field sales, healthcare marketing, or medical diagnostic marketing will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to work on the field may also apply.
