- Provide nursing care to patients at home.
- Monitor vital signs such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
- Administer medicines and injections as prescribed.
- Assist patients with bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene.
- Help patients with feeding and daily activities.
- Clean and dress wounds and surgical sites.
- Monitor the patient’s health and report changes to the doctor or family.
- Maintain proper records of medicines, treatment, and patient progress.
- Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for the patient.
