Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in application design and functionality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and assistance in their development tasks.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Recruiting.
- Experience in configuring and customizing Workday Recruiting modules to align with business needs.
- Robust understanding of application lifecycle management and software development best practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data flow between Workday and other enterprise systems.
- Skilled in collaborating with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and translate requirements.

Additional Information:
