Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
- Create Posts, Reels, Stories, Carousels and promotional creatives.
- Develop creative content ideas, captions, hooks and short-form video scripts.
- Create and edit Reels and short-form videos.
- Plan and manage the monthly social media content calendar.
- Stay updated with current social media trends and viral content formats.
- Monitor social media performance and suggest improvements.
- Research competitors and industry trends for new content ideas.
- Support digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

Requirements:

- 6 months–2 year of experience in Social Media, Content Creation or Digital Marketing.
- Strong creative thinking and content writing/copywriting skills.
- Positive knowledge of Canva and graphic designing.
- Good video editing skills for Reels and short-form videos.
- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing, SEO, Paid Ads and Lead Generation.
- Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN or After Effects is a plus.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
