Pharmacy Incharge / Manager
Qualification: B. Pharm
Experience: 10–15 years of experience in pharmacy operations, preferably in an Incharge/Manager role.
Registration: Valid Pharmacist Registration is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day pharmacy operations and staff.
- Ensure proper dispensing, inventory management, and stock control.
- Maintain compliance with pharmacy regulations and documentation.
- Supervise and guide pharmacy team members.
- Ensure smooth and efficient pharmacy operations.
Requirements:
- B. Pharm qualification with valid Pharmacist Registration.
- 10–15 years of relevant pharmacy experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-management skills.
- Valuable knowledge of pharmacy operations and regulatory requirements.
