- Monitoring patient health and progress to ensure that medications are working effectively and adjust dosages as necessary
- Identifying potential drug interactions or adverse effects and taking appropriate steps to prevent or manage them
- Consulting with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans
- Providing medication-related counseling and education to patients and their families

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
