Job Summary

We are looking for a Back-End Executive to manage day-to-day operational and administrative activities, maintain accurate records, coordinate with internal teams and business partners, and ensure timely processing of transactions.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage daily back-end operations and maintain accurate ticket records.

* Process and verify data, transactions, documents, and financial business requests.

* Coordinate with sales, finance, operations, and other internal teams.

* Follow up with relevant teams/partners for pending cases and documentation.

* Handle retailer/distributor/channel-partner data and queries.

* Ensure timely resolution and closure of operational issues.

* Maintain proper documentation and records as per company processes.





* Support the team in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

* Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and data-security requirements.

Required Skills

* Good knowledge of MS Excel and data management.

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

* Valuable communication and coordination skills.

* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

* Basic understanding of financial/transactional operations.

* Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

* Ability to work independently as well as with a team.

Qualification

* Graduate in any discipline.

* Experience in FinTech, Banking, B2B Operations, Payments, or Back-End Operations will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate

A candidate who is organized, responsible, detail-oriented, comfortable working with data, and capable of coordinating efficiently across different teams and business partners.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
