Job Responsibilities:

- Set and operate VMC machines as per production requirements.
- Read and understand engineering drawings and machining drawings.
- Perform tool setting, offset setting, and tool changing.
- Set workholding fixtures and job alignment.
- Check component dimensions using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.
- Monitor machining operations and maintain required quality.
- Make necessary offset corrections during production.
- Identify and troubleshoot basic machining issues.
- Maintain machine, tools, and workplace cleanliness.
- Follow production targets, quality standards, and safety procedures.

Skills Required:

- VMC machine operating and setting knowledge.
- Knowledge of CNC/VMC machining processes.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of cutting tools, inserts, and offsets.
- Basic knowledge of measuring instruments.
- Good problem-solving and production-handling skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
