Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to grow our business in the Indian market.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in IT Sales, IT Services, IT Staffing, or Staff Augmentation and a proven ability to acquire new clients and generate revenue.

Key Responsibilities

- Find and develop new business opportunities across India.
- Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, networking, referrals, and events.
- Identify and connect with CXOs, CIOs, HR/Talent Acquisition teams, Hiring Managers, and Procurement teams.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT services or staffing solutions.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings and presentations.
- Manage the complete sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
- Acquire new clients and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Work closely with Recruitment, Technical, and Delivery teams to meet client requirements.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts.
- Build long-term client relationships and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in IT Sales, IT Services Sales, IT Staffing, Staff Augmentation, or Technology Consulting.




- Proven experience in new client acquisition and revenue generation.
- Good understanding of the Indian B2B IT market.
- Experience selling IT Services, Technology Solutions, Staffing, or Qualified Services.
- Strong lead-generation and prospecting skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Good negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling, client meetings, networking, and business development activities.
- Strong target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Ability to independently build and manage a sales pipeline.

Preferred Skills

- Strong network within the Indian IT industry.
- Experience working with enterprise clients.
- Good knowledge of IT staffing and staff augmentation models.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Ability to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Pay: ₹720,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
