Motor-X India Mobility Pvt. Ltd. is an automotive products company specializing in radiator coolants and other automotive products. We are expanding our sales network across India and are looking for a motivated Telecaller to handle customers, mechanics, garages, and distributors across Odisha.
Job Description
We are looking for a Telecaller – Odisha who can generate sales through telephone calls, follow up with existing and potential customers, and support our regional sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Make daily outbound calls to garages, mechanics, service centres, retailers, and distributors in Odisha.
- Introduce Motor-X radiator coolant and other automotive products to potential customers.
- Follow up on enquiries, leads, quotations, and interested customers.
- Convert qualified leads into orders.
- Follow up with customers for pending orders and collections.
- Maintain accurate customer and call records in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and customer requirements.
- Identify new dealers, distributors, garages, and business opportunities in Odisha.
- Ensure that no active or interested lead is missed.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
Candidate Requirements
- Good communication skills in Odia and Hindi.
- Basic English communication and reading skills.
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, customer support,
or related roles preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to use CRM/Excel/WhatsApp.
- Strong follow-up ability and customer-handling skills.
- Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.
- Consistent daily calling activity.
- Proper follow-up of every qualified lead.
- Conversion of enquiries into orders.
- Customer relationship development.
- Achievement of monthly sales and collection targets.

Preferred Candidate
Candidates based in Odisha with good knowledge of the local automotive/garage market will be preferred.
Experience: 0–2 years
Education: 12th Pass / Diploma / Any Degree
Industry: Automotive / Auto Parts / Lubricants / Automobile Aftermarket
