Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage construction projects from planning to completion.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely project delivery.
- Monitor site activities to ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Prepare and review project schedules, budgets, progress reports, and technical documentation.
- Conduct site inspections, identify issues, and implement corrective measures.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and site staff.
- Assist in procurement of materials and review vendor proposals for cost efficiency and quality.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Construction/Structural Engineering.




- 4–8 years of experience in real estate/construction project management.
- Solid knowledge of construction methods, materials, and statutory requirements.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software.
- Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and timelines.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use real estate projects.
- Knowledge of ERP software for project tracking and reporting.
- Exposure to green building or sustainable construction practices.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
