About the Role
We are looking for a caring, energetic and enthusiastic preschool Teacher who enjoys working with young children and can create a happy, secure and engaging classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle the classroom with confidence and care.
- Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning activities.
- Teach through stories, rhymes, songs, games, art and hands-on activities.
- Encourage children's communication, social skills and independence.
- Maintain a positive and well-organised classroom.
- Observe and support each child's learning and development.
- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding the child's progress.
- Work collaboratively with the school team and follow school routines and curriculum.
- Ensure children's safety, hygiene and wellbeing throughout the school day.
Requirements
- Montessori / NTT / ECCE / B.Ed or relevant qualification preferred.
- Good spoken English and communication skills.
- Patient, friendly and child-focused approach.
- Good classroom-management skills.
- Creativity and enthusiasm for working with preschool children.
- Freshers with the right attitude and confidence are welcome to apply.
- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
Salary
₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month, based on qualification, experience and performance.
