Job Description

We are looking for creative and agile Digital Creators to join our digital marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for ideating, creating, and editing engaging short-form video content (Reels) to strengthen our brand presence and drive audience engagement across social media platforms.

Skills

- Create engaging reels and short-form videos for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts

- Plan and execute content ideas aligned with brand voice and marketing goals

- Shoot, edit, and optimize videos with attention to trends, transitions, and storytelling

- Collaborate with the marketing and design team for campaign-based content

- Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, and platform algorithms

- Add captions, effects, music,



and hooks to enhance video performance

- Manage content calendars and ensure timely publishing

- Monitor performance metrics (views, engagement, reach) and refine strategies accordingly

- Maintain consistency in branding, tone, and visual identity across all content

- Assist in influencer collaborations and user-generated content initiatives
