- Supervise, train, and mentor a team of MRs.
- Conduct joint field visits to evaluate sales pitches and improve doctor-engagement skills.
- Set individual goals and track daily team performance.
- Implement marketing strategies at the field level.
- Monitor product-wise sales trends to meet regional revenue goals.
- Identify underperforming areas and launch corrective action plans.
- Build robust ties with Key Opinion Leader (KOL) doctors and specialists.
- Coordinate with stockists, distributors, and chemists for smooth product availability.
- Help organize Continuous Medical Education (CME) programs and promotional events.
- Review daily call reports and prescription trends from MRs.
- Report regional progress up to the Regional Sales Manager (RSM).
- Manage field expenses and ensure strict compliance with medical marketing ethics.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
