Key Responsibilities1. Corporate Recruitment

- Understand client requirements and job descriptions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, databases and professional networks.
- Screen and shortlist candidates according to skills, experience, location, salary and notice period.
- Conduct initial telephonic/HR screening.
- Submit suitable candidate profiles to clients.
- Coordinate interviews and candidate feedback.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist with salary discussions, offer communication and joining formalities.
- Maintain candidate and client databases.
- Work on multiple vacancies across different industries and functions.
- Achieve agreed recruitment targets and turnaround times.

2. Placement Assistance for Jobseekers

- Connect with jobseekers looking for new employment opportunities.
- Understand their career goals, preferred location, salary expectations, notice period, skills and industry preferences.
- Review candidate profiles and identify suitable job opportunities.
- Assist candidates with relevant job applications.
- Match candidates with suitable vacancies from TalentBridge requirements and other relevant opportunities.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular candidate follow-up.
- Guide candidates throughout the recruitment and selection process.




- Maintain an active database of jobseekers and suitable opportunities.

3. Resume Enhancement Services

- Understand the candidate's career background, experience and target roles.
- Review existing resumes and identify areas requiring improvement.
- Assist with ATS-friendly resume formatting and content enhancement.
- Improve professional summaries, skills, keywords and achievement statements.
- Align resumes with relevant job descriptions and target positions.
- Identify missing or relevant industry keywords.
- Suggest suitable job roles based on the candidate's profile and experience.
- Coordinate with candidates to collect accurate information required for resume preparation.

Candidate Sourcing & Business Development

Depending on the engagement, recruiters may also:

- Generate candidate leads through LinkedIn, job portals, social media and referrals.
- Develop and maintain a professional candidate network.
- Identify potential corporate clients requiring recruitment support.
- Contact companies regarding recruitment requirements.
- Explain TalentBridge's recruitment and talent solutions.
- Build long-term relationships with candidates and clients.
- Generate repeat business and referral opportunities.
