About the Role

We are looking for a Lead Generation Executive who can generate fresh, relevant, and high-quality leads for our health insurance business through multiple platforms and lead-generation channels.

The primary responsibility of this role is to identify potential customers, generate qualified leads, and share them with our sales team. This is a lead-generation-focused role and does not involve customer follow-ups or sales conversions.

Key Responsibilities

l Generate fresh and relevant health insurance leads on a daily basis.

l Explore and use multiple platforms and channels for lead generation.

l Identify and target potential customers who have a genuine requirement for health insurance.

l Generate leads through social media, online platforms, communities, databases, referrals, and other relevant channels.

l Ensure leads meet the company's defined qualification criteria before submission.

l Maintain a consistent flow of new leads for the sales team.

l Avoid duplicate, outdated, irrelevant, or low-quality leads.

l Maintain basic records of leads generated and their respective sources.

l Continuously research and identify current platforms and strategies for generating quality leads.

Requirements

l Minimum 1 year of experience in lead generation.

l Experience in health insurance, insurance, financial services, or related industries will be preferred.

l Proven ability to generate leads through multiple online and offline platforms.

l Good understanding of different lead-generation channels and techniques.

l Ability to identify and target the right audience.

l Strong research and data-finding skills.

l Target-oriented and result-driven approach.

l Ability to consistently generate fresh and relevant leads.

Note:-This is a pure Lead Generation role. The candidate will be responsible for generating and providing fresh, relevant leads to the sales team. Customer follow-ups, lead nurturing, and sales conversion will be handled separately by the sales team.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
