Job Summary

We are looking for a Maintenance Assistant to assist the maintenance team in the day-to-day upkeep and smooth functioning of the hospital facilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the maintenance team in routine maintenance and repair activities.
- Attend to maintenance requests received from various departments.
- Assist technicians during electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and other maintenance works.
- Carry and arrange maintenance tools, equipment, and materials as required.
- Help in shifting and arranging furniture, equipment, and other items.
- Report damaged fixtures, fittings, plumbing issues, electrical problems, and other maintenance requirements to the supervisor.
- Assist in keeping maintenance areas, tools, and materials clean and organized.
- Support preventive maintenance activities as instructed by the Maintenance In-charge.
- Respond promptly to urgent maintenance requirements within the hospital.
- Follow hospital safety, cleanliness, and infection-control guidelines.




- Maintain proper care of hospital property and equipment.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Maintenance In-charge or management.

Qualification & Requirements

- Qualification: 10th / Plus Two or equivalent.
- Previous experience in maintenance, hospital, hotel, facility management, or a similar environment will be an advantage.
- Basic understanding of maintenance-related work is preferred.
- Physically fit and able to perform routine support activities.
- Should be punctual, responsible, and hardworking.
- Valuable teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.

Pay: ₹12,774.36 - ₹20,000.00 per month
