Madcodres Technologies is looking for a smart, confident, and responsible Software Support & Business Operations Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manual testing of ERP, Inventory, Billing & POS software
- Identify bugs and report issues to the development team
- Re-test fixes and recent software features
- Provide software support and training to customers
- Handle customer enquiries and follow-ups
- Sales lead follow-up and software demonstrations
- Support sales and marketing activities
- Maintain customer and lead records
- Handle basic company accounts and daily expense records
- Customer payment and outstanding follow-up
- Prepare quotations, invoices and related documents
- Assist with general office and business operations

Candidate Requirements:





- B.Com / BBA / BCA / B.Sc Computer Science / M.Com / MBA or similar qualification
- Basic accounting knowledge preferred
- Good computer knowledge, including MS Office/Excel
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Interest in software testing and technology
- Sales and marketing ability is an advantage
- Ability to learn new software quickly
- Confident, responsible and organized

Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Candidates with experience in ERP/Accounting Software, Manual Testing, Software Support, Customer Support, Sales or Accounts will be preferred.

Pay: ₹10,850.51 - ₹20,000.00 per month
