- Enter and update shipment, order, vehicle, and customer data accurately in the system.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Update dispatch, delivery, and vehicle placement details.
- Maintain records of LR/GR, invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, PODs, and other transport documents.
- Coordinate with the operations, warehouse, transporters, drivers, and customers for required information.
- Track pending orders, deliveries, and documentation.
- Verify system data with physical documents and correct discrepancies.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of logistics records.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry as per company TAT and SOP.
- Perform other data-entry and MIS-related tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
