Role Overview

We are looking for a Property Field Executive to visit residential and commercial properties available for sale or rent. The role involves capturing property photos and videos, collecting basic property information, and sharing the details with our internal team.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit properties across assigned areas in Bengaluru.
- Take clear and well-framed photos and videos of properties.
- Capture interiors, exteriors, rooms, parking, entrance, frontage, amenities, and other key areas.
- Collect basic property details from owners or property contacts.
- Share photos, videos, location, and property details with the Zorba Estates team.
- Coordinate with property owners for access and visit timings.
- Provide updates to the team after completing property visits.




- Complete assigned field visits according to the daily schedule.
- Maintain professional communication with property owners and team members.

Requirements

- 10th Pass, 12th Pass, Diploma, or Any Degree.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Comfortable travelling across Bengaluru.
- Smartphone with a positive-quality camera.
- Basic communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to interact professionally with property owners.
- Knowledge of Bengaluru locations is an advantage.
